Job summary

Axalta, a leading coatings company, seeks a Procurement Specialist (Logistics) to join our Glen Mills, PA facility. You will manage travel-related sourcing, develop strategies, run RFIs/RFPs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to reduce tail spend and improve service.

You will own supplier evaluations, negotiate terms, monitor performance, and support policy compliance across Travel and Corporate Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three or more years in the travel industry or comparable discipline.
• Three or more years of procurement, supply chain, or related experience.
• Experience managing subcategory/tail spend and sourcing process.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for travel services (air, hotel, ground transport).
• Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and manage supplier selections.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor pricing, terms, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize spend and reduce tail spend.
• Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and risk management.
