Job summary

Axalta is seeking a Procurement Specialist (Logistics) at our Glen Mills, PA facility to lead sourcing for travel services, manage tail spend, and negotiate supplier agreements. You will partner with Global Procurement and stakeholders to optimize costs, policies, and risk across Travel categories.

Qualifications include 3+ years in procurement or travel, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP/Ariba. Excellent English and collaboration are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three or more years in the travel industry or comparable discipline.
• Three or more years of strategic and tactical experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, or comparable discipline preferred.
• Experience in managing a subcategory/tail spend and execution of the sourcing process preferred.
• Fluent English, additional language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Corporate Services spend subcategories globally with focus on Travel.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier relationships.
• Lead RFx processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and supplier negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with policies and SLAs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other regions to optimize purchasing and risk management.
• Support Travel Policy development and risk management efforts.
