Job summary

Axalta is seeking a Procurement Specialist (Logistics) for our Glen Mills, PA facility. You will lead sourcing for travel services, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize spend and supplier performance.

This role focuses on air travel, accommodation, and ground transportation within a global corporate services context. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in procurement or travel, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAP/Ariba.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in travel or procurement.
• Experience with subcategories and tail spend preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy for travel/subcategory; lead RFI/RFP/RFQ.
• Develop and execute savings projects; monitor supplier performance.
• Negotiate travel contracts and SLAs; ensure policy compliance.
• Support travel policy development and risk management.
• Provide analytics on spend, savings, and supplier performance.
