Responsibilities

• Manage $105M spend and report to the Director Corporate Services Procurement.
• Supervise two sourcing specialists and support category strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine sourcing needs and matching strategies.
• Deliver cost savings, avoidances, and continuous improvement plans.
• Lead global projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Negotiate and implement supplier contracts with favorable terms.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key suppliers.
• Develop a cost savings plan with BU, ops, and tech teams.
• Address supplier performance issues via root-ccause analysis and actions.
• Maintain e-Sourcing events and catalogs to boost productivity.
• Ensure compliance and managed spend within procurement policy.
