Job summary

Axalta is hiring a Procurement Specialist (Logistics) for our Glen Mills, PA facility. You will manage Travel-related spend, develop sourcing strategies, and lead supplier negotiations to realize cost savings.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, policy development, and global coordination with the Gurgaon center as needed. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in travel or procurement, fluent English, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in travel or a related discipline.
• 3+ years in Procurement/Supply Chain/Operations.
• Experience managing a subcategory/tail spend and executing sourcing.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• SAP and Ariba experience preferred; Concur Travel Expense experience preferred.
• Experience with TMC platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to present complex analyses.

Responsibilities

• Manage Corporate Services spend categories globally, focusing on Travel.
• Develop sourcing strategies and execute pipeline savings projects.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and reduce tail spend.
• Negotiate supply agreements and monitor supplier performance.
• Ensure pricing data accuracy and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Provide strategic procurement support to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Gurgaon (IN) Procurement Operations Center as needed.
• Support travel policy development and compliance initiatives.
