Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, sales or related field (travel/financial services preferred).
• Proven track record of managing small to mid-sized accounts and meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills with professionalism and integrity.
• Excellent relationship building, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts as primary contact and ensure client satisfaction.
• Own the full account lifecycle: onboarding, training, performance reviews, and ongoing business reviews.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business goals to drive growth.
• Identify opportunities to enhance performance via training, process improvements, and recommendations.
• Introduce new ideas, tools, and product enhancements to support client success and growth.
• Lead client meetings to review performance, address challenges, and present solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service for a seamless experience.
• Monitor market and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
