Job summary

Larson Design Group seeks a Transportation Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of transportation projects and coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams. You will align project objectives with safety, mobility, and sustainability goals while managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships.

With a minimum of 15 years of experience and licensure preferred, you will mentor project managers, drive Lean Six Sigma practices, and ensure compliance with FHWA, FTA, NEPA, ADA, and MUTCD standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering/Architectural field (ABET/NAAB preferred).
• 15+ years of job-related experience.
• Professional licensure such as PE, RA, PLA, PLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines program objectives and aligns with safety, mobility, and sustainability goals.
• Develops the program roadmap, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Leads the program team and oversees multi-project coordination.
