This role ensures that all projects within the program align with agency and organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and long‑range transportation plans. The Transportation Program Manager applies advanced leadership skills, manages resources, risks, and stakeholders across projects, and leverages deep knowledge of transportation planning, engineering, and program delivery frameworks.
