Job summary

Larson Design Group seeks a Highway Program Manager to provide leadership for a portfolio of transportation projects and key client relationships. You will oversee program performance, staffing, and growth, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires extensive experience in transportation engineering, a PE license, and the ability to mentor project managers while driving strategic growth for the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of transportation engineering experience with complex projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads a portfolio of highway projects and project managers, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develops long-term client relationships and positions LDG as a transportation partner.
• Oversees and guides Project Managers and Senior Project Managers on significant issues.
• Balances workload and resources across the program to meet commitments.
• Establishes quality expectations and ensures coordinated, timely deliverables.
• Monitors financial performance, backlog, risks, and staffing needs of the program.
