Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure all routes expected to depart and arrive are confirmed.
• Follow up on in-transit trucks to ensure accurate ETA daily.
• Resolve escalations for excessive detention.
• Communicate delays and issues between branches and carriers.
• Build direct relationships with existing and new regional providers.
