Responsibilities

• Order entry – timely and accurate entry of transportation orders from customers.
• Tendering freight to low-cost carriers via EDI, web interface, or email.
• Service monitoring – track pickup and delivery statuses of client shipments.
• Customer service – daily interaction with clients to solve transportation needs.
• Carrier relationships – maintain relationships with carrier partners daily.
• Continuous improvement – identify opportunities to improve processes.
