Job summary

You will manage dispatch, driver schedules, and trucking operations to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing route efficiency and costs. You will work cross-functionally with sales, dealers, and customer service to fill truckloads, improve customer experience, and maintain DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in dispatch, transportation, logistics, shipping, warehousing, or related operations.
• Able to prioritize daily workload with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with ERP software and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct day-to-day dispatch and fleet operations.
• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries.
• Build load plans and optimize truck loads based on product availability and priorities.
• Coordinate with sales, dealers, and customers to maximize load utilization.
• Negotiate rates with common carriers and monitor performance.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and safety compliance for drivers.
