Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Transportation Analyst in Boston Heights, OH to plan and execute domestic inbound and outbound schedules across all distribution centers. The role uses a TMS to improve trailer utilization, reduce costs, and maintain on-time delivery to hubs and stores.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree.
• Experience with using and optimizing TMS solutions.
• Willingness to work rotating weekends/holidays if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate load planning with transportation partners for all distribution centers to provide forecasts for outbound transportation needs.
• Collaborate with IT and third-party transportation software providers to optimize TMS solutions.
• Conduct daily load planning to maximize load capacity and efficiency for outbound loads in alignment with hub capabilities.
• Coordinate communication between DC teams, hub teams, and linehaul providers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Publish and communicate the Delivery Schedule to stakeholders and update the team on changes.
