Job summary

Voltage Energy is seeking a Transportation Logistics Specialist to coordinate, monitor, and optimize domestic and international shipments across multiple modes. You will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and 3PLs to proactively manage shipments and maintain accurate logistics operations.

The role emphasizes carrier and vendor management, documentation, and data-driven reporting to support cost optimization. On-site work in Timberlake, NC is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 3–6+ years in transportation logistics or supply chain operations
• Experience with domestic and international transportation providers
• Proficiency with TMS and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across multiple transportation modes (TL, LTL, rail, ocean, and air freight).
• Schedule shipments and select carriers based on service requirements, cost, and performance.
• Monitor shipment status, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
