Job summary

RBW Logistics Corp seeks a Senior Director of Transportation to own capacity, performance, and compliance across the entire transportation network, including freight brokerage, Owner-Operator fleet, and company-owned trucks.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership to align capacity with growth, maintain safety and compliance, and drive cost efficiencies across RBW's markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in transportation, freight brokerage, or 3PL operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end capacity planning for the brokerage division across markets.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention for Owner-Operator fleet and ensure compliance.
• Oversee daily dispatch operations and KPI management across all markets.
• Manage company-owned fleet operations and transportation managers to meet daily volume requirements.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align capacity with growth commitments.
