The Arc Prince George’s County is seeking a full-time Division Director of Transportation to lead the Transportation department, oversee contracts, and drive service excellence. You will build relationships with referral partners, monitor KPIs, and pursue new business opportunities to expand services, while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

We require 7–10 years in transportation leadership, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a track record of improving operations.

Formación

• 7-10 years of transportation leadership experience is preferred.
• Experience in developing budgets, forecasts and managing against them.
• Strong knowledge of dispatch operations, transportation management and DOT regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day Transportation department operations and accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead contract talks to increase revenue.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels and safety programs; drive continuous improvements.
