Responsibilities

• Maintain open communications and strong relationships with carriers, customers and suppliers.
• Track shipments from release to delivery to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Handle troubleshooting as issues arise.
• Approve freight invoices.
• Aim to meet or exceed department performance metrics.
