Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 4+ years in supply chain/logistics; steel-industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and decision making.
• Proficient PC skills including Word and Excel; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with customers, drivers, and plants.
• Develop loading plans and communicate with loading supervisor.
• Schedule deliveries and inform affected departments and PM as needed.
• Ensure compliance instructions are followed at job sites.
• Resolve delivery issues and record accurate paperwork in the system.
• Maintain regular attendance and shipping office dispatch duties.
• Maintain PPE compliance for drivers at sites and yards.
