Responsibilities

• Support daily transportation operations across assigned accounts, ensuring shipments are planned, tracked, and delivered on time.
• Coordinate with Senior Operations Executives and carriers to resolve service issues and maintain service continuity.
• Monitor KPI performance and identify actions to improve service, cost efficiency, and margins.
• Prepare reporting and scorecards for leadership reviews and customer updates.
• Provide mentorship and collaborate with Sales, Carrier Management, and Accounting teams.
