Estes Express is seeking a sales professional to develop and execute strategies to grow transportation services in an assigned territory. You will provide regular sales reports, leverage Salesforce CRM to expand the customer base, and interface with customers to align Estes offerings with their objectives.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple accounts, with travel within the territory and occasional training visits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree a plus.
• Three years of sales experience preferred, LTL/transportation sales experience a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies to maintain and expand sales within an assigned territory.
• Provide reports on sales activities for a given period.
• Utilize CRM tools to build customer base and manage relationships.
• Interface with customers to understand objectives and requirements.
• Travel within territory to develop customer relationships and for training as needed.
• Promote new products and services and obtain feedback.
• Prepare and conduct service presentations to customers.
• Contribute to quarterly/annual business forecasting by providing trends and needs.
• Promote world-class customer care throughout the service center.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and report progress weekly.
• Regular attendance is required.
