Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Transport Planner to plan, schedule and dispatch outbound shipments for a company-owned fleet. You will own daily routes, assign drivers, confirm appointments, and track shipments to meet service levels.

You will collaborate with warehouse teams, drivers, fleet maintenance, and Client Services to ensure on-time departures and accurate deliveries. Flexible, analytical professionals thrive here.

Qualifications

• TMS/WMS experience in transportation scheduling/dispatch.
• Ability to plan and optimize routes under time constraints.
• Familiarity with DOT hours-of-service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily outbound shipments and delivery routes for company-owned fleet.
• Build dispatch schedules prioritizing delivery windows and service levels.
• Assign drivers and vehicles while managing hours-of-service and capacity.
• Coordinate with warehouse and client services to ensure timely departures.
