Job summary

United Exports is seeking a highly organized Transport Coordinator to own end-to-end transport from the warehouse to customers across North America.

You will manage transport providers, optimize freight costs, and ensure exceptional delivery performance, contributing to stronger margins for our growers. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Commerce/Logistics and at least 3 years in supply chain with ERP experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, Administration, or similar.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain/logistics.
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate final mile logistics for customer deliveries.
• Ensure on-time delivery across shipments.
• Oversee freight costs, quotations, and vendor performance.
• Monitor freight market trends and rate fluctuations.
• Act as primary liaison with transport service providers.
• Support annual freight budgeting and performance reviews.
• Maintain compliance with audit procedures and logistics standards.
