Job summary

Eversource Energy in Westwood, MA is seeking a Program Manager for Strategic Project Development in Transmission. You will lead a portfolio of ESMP projects from early-stage development through handoff, coordinating with Planning, Engineering, Real Estate, Regulatory, and Legal teams.

You will also work closely with the Manager and Director to align strategy, drive schedules and budgets, and engage external stakeholders to support Massachusetts’ clean energy goals. Hybrid work is required.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field; advanced qualifications desirable.
Valid Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Oversee a cross-functional project team for ESMP transmission projects from early-stage development to handoff.
Develop schedules and budgets for ESMP strategic projects in early-stage development.
Support development and documentation of Company Policies for transmission project execution.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to advance transmission projects.
Track project progress, metrics, and status, informing leadership as needed.
Represent Eversource Transmission at meetings, hearings, and public events.
