Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Project Manager II, Transmission to oversee large transmission projects in a multi-stakeholder setting, ensuring on-schedule, on-budget delivery. You will coordinate with asset management, planning, design, and legal teams and represent Eversource in regulatory proceedings.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive project management experience, and ability to travel between MA/CT/NH while engaging with regulators and community groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred) or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in large, complex projects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own project scope, schedule and budget across multi-stakeholder programs.
• Present to senior management and regulators as needed.
• Lead bid evaluation and procurement for design and construction.
• Represent Eversource at municipal and community meetings.
• Mentor and develop team members and manage performance.
