Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in finance, rates & regulatory strategy, or operations.
- Strong analytical and data synthesis capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for executive reporting.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic counsel to stand-alone Transmission leadership.
- Monitor and sequence processes and communications within the team.
- Facilitate governance frameworks for process and improvement initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects with clear accountability.
- Produce executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Track progress, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation efforts.
