Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of ESMP transmission and substation projects from early-stage development to hand-off to Project Management.
• Lead a cross-functional project team across planning, engineering, siting, real estate, legal, and other internal stakeholders.
• Develop schedules and budgets for early-stage development and ensure implementation prior to execution.
• Support development and documentation of Company policies related to transmission project development and execution.
