Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field of study.
• Typically requires ten (10) years of experience in a financial and/or business strategy role.
• MBA preferred; strong commercial, analytical, oral and written communication and presentation skills; ability to work with diverse internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Strategize to attain competitive bid development opportunities for electric transmission infrastructure investments and grid-scale energy storage solutions.
• Manage and perform proposal and bid development via multi-functional teams including internal and external resources and complex financial analysis.
• Research market conditions to support recommendations and participate in discussions with utilities, vendors and stakeholders.
• Lead with accounting, finance, regulatory, and budgeting to support finance and regulatory functions.
• Support expert witness testimony for FERC/state regulatory proceedings.
• Review and finalize presentations for the board, senior leadership, conferences, and forums.
• Prepare talking points and conduct presentations for senior leadership on strategic positions.
• Perform data analysis to determine actions based on findings.
• Facilitate internal/external presentations as assigned.
• Lead and oversee work of team members.
