Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is seeking a Transition Manager to drive smooth project handoffs from initiation to completion. You will coordinate with client and field teams, vendors, and stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimize transitions while aligning with quality and regulatory requirements.

Typical responsibilities include planning, risk assessment, documentation, and continuous improvement, with a focus on effective communication and timely delivery in a busy facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, transition management, or similar roles.
• Proficiency with project management tools: Smartsheet, Excel, NetSuite, Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Transition Planning with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to gather requirements.
• Support execution of transition projects, monitor progress, identify risks.
• Document and report transition activities; provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in change management strategies and training to ensure smooth transitions.
• Conduct quality reviews of transition deliverables for standards and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices.
