Zusammenfassung

TriNet is seeking a Transition Strategy Partner to support the sales and onboarding lifecycle, improving time-to-close, configuring solutions, and delivering excellent client transitions for PEO, ASO, and OMS products.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Experience, and Operations, plus ongoing guidance through implementation and transition stages. Dallas, Austin, or remote options may apply.

Qualifikationen

• Typically 3+ years of consultative or account management experience.
• Typically 1+ years of Sales Support and/or Implementation experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Project-manage prospects and clients through all phases of implementation, including onboarding.
• Analyze prospective clients’ businesses to tailor configurations of TriNet’s solutions.
• Identify gaps, troubleshoot, and advocate for customers to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal partners (Sales, Customer Experience, Technical, Operations).
• Maintain detailed knowledge of TriNet’s core products and service offerings.
• Escalate complex onboarding scenarios and drive issue resolution with internal teams.
