Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, business analysis, or related roles.
• Experience with process mapping methodologies and tools.
• Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to produce polished visuals (one-pagers, briefs, decks).
• Strong stakeholder management across operations, IT, and leadership.
• Familiarity with PM tools and techniques.
• Understanding of Agile principles.
• Excellent organizational skills with multi-project focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for transformation initiatives, including scope, timelines, budget, risk, and reporting.
• Serve as primary communications point for projects, delivering stakeholder-facing updates.
• Develop visual communications materials to convey status and recommendations.
• Document current and future state processes; map workflows and SOPs.
• Gather and validate business and technical requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ongoing engagement through lifecycle.
• Facilitate sessions and translate technical details for leadership.
• Collaborate with IT and vendor teams for testing, go-live, and transition.
• Coordinate with change management to align communications and timelines.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks and constraints.
