Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least six years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of three years of direct program management experience with customer relationships.
• Ability to analyze schedules, forecasts, risks, and contractual deliverables.
• Experience managing large-scale programs with significant impact to business.
• Proficiency with PM tools including Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the successful execution of multiple complex programs with cost, schedule, and quality accountability.
• Lead cross-functional teams and set program priorities, milestones, and accountability.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing leader from award through delivery.
• Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposals and pricing.
