Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of direct program management experience.
• Strong scheduling, forecasting, and contract deliverables.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage risks.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of multiple complex programs with cost, schedule, and quality accountability.
• Set priorities, milestones, and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Identify risks and opportunities and implement mitigation actions.
• Maintain executive communications on performance and risk.
