prosource.it is seeking a Transformation Project Manager / Engagement Lead to shape and deliver a major business transformation for a Mobility & Convenience retail client. You will partner with senior leaders, coordinate multiple workstreams, and drive execution with executive-level communications.

The role requires consulting-based leadership, structured problem solving, and the ability to develop actionable recommendations that improve performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current or recent experience as a consultant or engagement leader within a top-tier global strategy consulting firm is required.
• Proven track record leading strategic, operational, digital, or organizational transformation programs.
• Strong project management skills with multiple workstreams in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to break down complex business challenges and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Advanced analytical capabilities including modeling, forecasting, and KPI development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Stakeholder-management and facilitation across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for the Mobility & Convenience retail segment.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Lead implementation of transformation initiatives using structured project management methods.
• Create charters, integrated plans, timelines, milestones, and success measures.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions across teams.
• Conduct structured problem solving, root-cause analysis, opportunity sizing, and scenario planning.
• Build business cases, financial models, forecasts, performance metrics, and KPI dashboards.
• Synthesize analysis into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, memos, roadmaps, and strategic narratives.
• Facilitate working sessions and drive decisions while aligning diverse viewpoints.
• Support change planning by identifying adoption barriers and coordinating training needs.
• Contribute to measurable business-performance improvement across the program.
