Job summary

Leadout Capital in Indianapolis seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and new product launches within our Customer Success organization. You will drive programs from inception through execution, aligning strategy, product, and operations with executive communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management and product launches in matrixed environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive experience with global cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence executives and diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in agile methods and sprint planning.
• Experience with Salesforce products and integration.
• Proactive problem-solving and process-driven mindset.
• Self-starter with bias for action.
• Ideal: Scrum Master / PMI certification.

Responsibilities

• Drives strategic development of large-scale cross-organizational programs.
• Bridges gaps between cross-functional teams to realize program vision.
• Builds cross-functional relationships and aligns diverse stakeholders.
• Influences technology and processes with Experience teams.
• Collaborates with Architects, Engineers and Success Managers on delivery models.
• Adapts communication for executives to working groups.
• Develops program approach and leads delivery.
• Leads program plans and launch activities tied to product/experience.
• Staffs and capacity plan across programs using agile methods.
• Leads weekly/daily team calls and monthly Steerco for buy-in.
• Bridges strategy, capacity, content, tech, engineering and enablement.
• Anticipates problems, plans mitigations and escalates gaps.
• Fosters cross-team collaboration and decisive leadership.
• Develops and governs PMO best practices.
• Defines and improves program launch processes for efficiency and quality.
• Serves as product owner to sprint planning for shared services.
• Trains and enables teams on program management disciplines.
