Job summary

Phoenix Contact USA is seeking a Strategic Program Manager – IT to translate strategic intent into executable programs delivering technology-enabled transformation and measurable business outcomes across North America. The role partners with IT leadership and business leaders to ensure alignment, governance, and realization of strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field preferred.
12+ years of related professional experience preferred.
Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives without formal reporting authority.
Strong program management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
Business, technology, financial and digital transformation acumen with ability to connect execution to outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic programs aligned to approved strategic objectives.
Translate strategic intent into executable program plans, roadmaps, and initiatives.
Coordinate enterprise-level integration and execution across functions, business units, and country enterprises.
Provide holistic program management oversight of technology-enabled strategic initiatives and investments.
Manage governance, risks, issues, dependencies, and change activities to ensure delivery.
