Leadout Capital is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive day-to-day planning and execution of Recruiting Transformation programs. You will translate strategy into scoped plans, milestones, and outcomes while partnering with program leads and cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires strong PM fundamentals, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple moderate-to-high complexity projects across business and technical teams in a contract capacity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation through close-out.
• Experience with planning, capacity planning, and PM methodologies.
• Familiarity with recruiting/talent acquisition processes is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams.
• Formal project management training/education.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Recruiting Transformation projects: define scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and success criteria; own the project plan, schedule, issues, and risks.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and RAID logs; identify risks and manage intake, prioritization, and change control.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (SMEs, Optimization, Compliance, Enablement) and dependencies to keep deliverables on time, in scope, and on budget.
• Interact daily with development, support, and cross-functional teams and process owners to shape program plans and schedules.
• Track and report project status, metrics, and health (RAG) to stakeholders and leadership.
• Own project documentation: charters, status reports, meeting notes, decisions logs, change artifacts.
• Drive clear communication across teams — status updates and escalations — and support change management for rollouts.
• Facilitate project meetings and reviews; drive decisions and follow-through on actions; lead virtual teams.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and assist in delivering presentations to leaders.
