The Opportunity

What you’ll Do

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex, enterprise‑scale transformation programs (e.g., SAP or core finance/IT modernization)
• Partner at all levels across the organization to define roadmaps, prioritize investments, and manage dependencies across portfolios
• Drive program strategy, governance, and execution, ensuring alignment to business objectives and measurable outcomes
• Develop and maintain program schedules, deliverables, and achievements
• Orchestrate cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions
• Establish and enforce program governance, risk management, and decision frameworks
• Champion and scale best‑in‑class program management practices across the organization
• Mentor and elevate other program managers, helping build a high‑performing delivery organization

What you need to succeed

• Degree or 10+ years of practical experience considered as equivalent
• Proven track record delivering multi‑year, cross‑functional initiatives with significant organizational impact
• Deep experience in enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, finance systems, or large platform transformations)
• Preferred qualifications: certifications in project management or related fields, experience leading SAP transformations or finance modernization programs
