Job summary

Merkle leads enterprise Adobe transformation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value. The role bridges clients, architects, engineers, product teams, and leadership while guiding complex programs from discovery to adoption.

You will drive governance, roadmaps, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring timely delivery and robust stakeholder alignment across marketing, data, and technology disciplines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Program Management, Technical Program Management, digital transformation, consulting, or technology delivery experience.
• Experience leading large, complex enterprise programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Proven success managing budgets, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Experience working directly with clients and executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and program governance.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Adobe Experience Cloud programs from discovery through delivery and adoption.
• Develop program roadmaps, governance models, delivery plans, and success metrics.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive alignment across business, marketing, product, data, engineering, and executive teams.
• Coordinate multi-team execution with architects, engineers, and data/analytics groups.
