Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects with Baker Tilly and client resources across definition and delivery.
• Develop, manage and measure project approaches and plans aligned to implementation phases.
• Elicit and define requirements via interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
• Coordinate staffing, deadlines and end-user expectations across projects.
• Document business cases, requirements, and implementation plans with project teams.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships as needed.
