Qualifications

• Bachelor’ s degree or related field required.
• Minimum of two years in PM, change management, and business analysis; consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with leading cross-functional teams and client-facing work.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to document requirements and create project artifacts.
• Certifications such as PMP or Agile certifications are desirable.
• Travel to client sites as needed and willingness to work outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage change management strategies and plans aligned to methodology.
• Apply change management techniques to established plans and stakeholder analyses.
• Lead end-to-end change activities including communications and training.
• Act as advocate for stakeholders regarding implications of future state.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Deliver end-user training and measure effectiveness of change efforts.
• Maintain executive-level advocacy and client relationships for project success.
• Prepare detailed frameworks to minimize organizational risk and support adoption.
