Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Strategy and Transformation practice within the Digital Solutions group. You will drive change management, project leadership, process and business analysis across diverse client engagements.

In this role, you will design and implement change strategies, manage stakeholder communications, training, and readiness activities, and ensure successful transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, engineering, computer science, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of related experience in project management, change management, and business analysis; consulting experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills; PM software experience preferred (Smartsheet, Confluence, MS Project/Planner, Planview, Asana).
• Ability to collaborate well with others, provide exceptional client service, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as PMP or Agile frameworks are highly desirable.
• Project experience with full lifecycle application development and travel to client site as needed.
• Compensation range: $85,910 to $162,890; actual pay influenced by factors including geography.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop change management strategies and plans aligned to core change management methodology.
• Integrate change management techniques into established plans and execute activities.
• Lead stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and communications/training.
• Advocate to stakeholders regarding implications of future state on strategy, people, and processes.
• Deploy change management techniques to support transition to the future state.
• Identify organizational change risks and develop mitigation approaches with stakeholders.
• Analyze process design impacts and prepare organization for changes.
• Manage end-user training, communications and post-implementation follow-up.
• Generate executive-level advocacy and secure stakeholder buy-in for projects.
• Measure effectiveness of plans and adjust as needed.
• Network with clients and communities to build relationships and opportunities.
• Support professional development and team growth within the Baker Tilly framework.
• Contribute to a collaborative, balanced work environment with diverse perspectives.

Education
