Job summary

WHSmith North America is seeking a Transformation Delivery Coordinator to support a multi-year business transformation focused on merchandising, supply chain, store operations, and core systems. This on-site role in Las Vegas involves planning, coordination, and reporting across workstreams to drive timely delivery.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business/operations/analytics and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfort working in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools.
Ability to work on-site and manage up to 20% domestic travel.

Responsibilities

Support transformation initiatives by coordinating timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Maintain project trackers, status reports, meeting notes, and documentation
Assist senior leaders and workstream owners with planning activities and dependency tracking
Monitor progress against milestones and elevate risks or issues to the program lead
Prepare clear, concise updates for leadership meetings and transformation forums
Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-ups to support execution momentum
Help ensure alignment between workstream activities and overall transformation goals
Learn and apply basic program governance, reporting cadence, and KPI tracking
