Job summary

WHSmith North America in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Planning Transformation Facilitator to drive adoption of new planning technology across the U.S. and Canada.

This on-site role partners with deployment teams to train staff, support change readiness, and integrate planning tools into daily operations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in training or change management for technology rollouts, can travel 50%+ of the time, and excels at translating technical concepts into practical guidance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a training, change management, or technology implementation role.
• Ability to travel 50%+ of time to regional locations.
• Experience delivering in-person instruction or facilitation to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with software platforms (Excel, Word, SmarterU, Aptos).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; translate technical concepts to plain language.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site, role-based training sessions for planning systems/tools at sites.
• Lead go-live support and hyper-care activities.
• Adapt training materials to audience levels, from frontline staff to leaders.
• Conduct pre-go-live readiness assessments and post-go-live follow-ups.
