Job summary

WHSmith North America is seeking a Transformation Replenishment Planner to support planning, coordination, reporting, and delivery across multiple workstreams.

This role is designed for a high-potential individual with strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and an interest in business transformation, who will work closely with senior leaders, functional leads, and external partners while learning structured program delivery practices on the job.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain project trackers, status reports, meeting notes, and documentation.
• Assist senior leaders and workstream owners with planning activities and dependency tracking.
• Monitor progress against milestones and elevate risks or issues to the program lead.
• Prepare clear, concise updates for leadership meetings and transformation forums.
• Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-ups to support execution momentum.
• Help ensure alignment between workstream activities and overall transformation goals.
• Learn and apply basic program governance, reporting cadence, and KPI tracking.
