Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional strategic initiatives or organizational change.
• Experience in complex operational environments such as property management, healthcare, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from concept through adoption.
• Translate priorities into executable implementation plans with milestones.
• Develop initiative plans including scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Balance multiple initiatives and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; report progress to leadership.
• Support governance and performance dashboards for initiative health.
