Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience in a transformation or consulting role.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization; strong ROI/benefit realization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale strategic programs from inception to delivery.
• Develop integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Establish governance structures and executive reporting mechanisms.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change across workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes and benefits.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and stakeholder communications.
