Responsibilities
- Define and drive the transformation strategy with a multi-year roadmap.
- Lead the integrated transformation portfolio with governance, reporting and milestones.
- Connect Investment Services with the Enterprise Transformation Office and align priorities.
- Transform the operating model and modernize delivery through technology, AI, and agile delivery models.
- Drive adoption, accountability and sustainable change across the organization.
- Strengthen risk excellence and client trust through governance and control improvements.
