Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, public health, finance, economics, organizational development, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in strategy, management consulting, strategic operations, transformation, healthcare operations, or related field.
• Experience leading complex strategic initiatives or transformation programs from problem definition through recommendation and implementation.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop analytical frameworks, synthesize information, and translate to actionable recommendations.
• Experience advising senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on strategic priorities, operating models, organizational change, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including assessing implications of decisions.
• Experience coordinating initiatives across clinical operations, business operations, finance, HR, technology, and other enterprise functions.
• Ability to identify systemic barriers, dependencies, and execution risks and develop practical solutions.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations and strategic narratives.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-determine methods for complex assignments.
• Experience coaching or mentoring strategy, operations, or consulting staff.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical framework and program design for an assigned strategic initiative or transformation program.
• Lead end-to-end strategy development workstreams from problem framing to executive alignment.
• Advise senior leaders on strategic direction, organizational transformation, and change management.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across clinical, operational, finance, and HR stakeholders.
• Identify risks and barriers, delivering evidence-based recommendations for improvement.
• Coach and guide Strategy and Transformation Consultant-level staff.
• Develop strategy tools, analytical frameworks, and transformation resources for enterprise execution.
