Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years of related experience highly preferred.
• Proven leadership in public sector, not-for-profit, or higher education contexts.
• Ability to manage senior-level client relationships and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy definition, future state visioning, target operating model, and roadmap delivery for transformation projects.
• Apply finance, accounting, and industry knowledge to align clients with strategic goals.
• Define operating models, governance, and organizational structures; develop and measure performance metrics.
• Manage multiple projects, vendor relationships, and end-to-end delivery across workstreams.
