Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director, Strategy, Operations & Transformation in its Global Product and Technology organization. You will partner with executive leadership to shape multi-year strategy, drive transformation programs, and improve operating excellence across the GPT portfolio.

This role requires strong leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in a large tech-driven company. Base salary ranges USD 123,400 to 303,800 per year, with additional compensation possibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience shaping and executing strategic initiatives across large product/tech portfolios.
• Strong ability to drive cross-functional transformation programs and improve operating rhythm.
• Track record of presenting to and influencing senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define GPT’s multi-year strategy and annual priorities.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs and KPIs.
• Build governance, dashboards, and insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Data Solutions, Ventures, and Marketplace teams.
